About BRYR:

BRYR was founded in 2012 with the goal of creating sustainable clogs that make people feel more beautiful and comfortable. We hand-craft clogs, using supple, natural American leathers, solid wood material and natural fabrics. We deliver the highest possible quality products and share them with the world in beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring spaces. Our materials and manufacturing practices are sustainable, and we are constantly evolving to make them better.

Located in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, our Brick and Mortar retail shop is our flagship store. It's a beautiful space for our customers to come try on and purchase clogs, and get to know our brand better. The Sales Associate represents our brand to the public, and like everyone who works at BRYR, they are an important member of the team. 

Sales & Customer Care Associate

Job Role and Responsibilities: 
In-person Retail Sales:

  • Make our customers feel welcome and cared for while at Bryr or interacting with us
  • Guide each person towards their perfect clog in a way that is warm and helpful
  • Meet our sales goals
  • Keep retail store clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Check customers out on the POS system
  • Receive and inventory returned clogs into the seconds area and website products for in-stock items. Tagging and organizing all in-stock clogs
Customer Care & Sales:
  • Respond to questions on email, social, the phone and in person in a way that always prioritizes a caring relationship. Whether they are buying now or not, we want them to feel taken care of so they want to buy now or in the future
  • Coordinate with the production team on any returns or remakes
  • Liaison with customers in the event of any delays or issues
Events and other
  • Assist with events, such as in-person pops ups and loyalty events
  • Assist with product photoshoots as needed
Culture
  • Contribute to the overall business culture using our Culture guide as a tool for self-reflection. Have an ongoing commitment to self-growth, the growth in others, and the growth of the company
Qualifications
  • Be committed to your own and other’s professional growth, be excited to learn new things and willing to get and give feedback
  • Good communication skills
  • Have an aesthetic eye 
  • Love clogs! 
Preferred Experience
  • Retail experience
Physical Demands: This position is a includes working on the retail floor and require the following physical demands:
  • Walking and standing for up to 8 hour
  • Ability to see detail in objects
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs

Shifts available

  • Shift A: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10:00-6:30pm 
  • Shift B: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10:00-6:30pm 
  • Work holidays, including Black Friday weekend, Dec 19-22 and Dec 26-29th
Job location: Compensation & Benefits
  • This position starts at 23/hour paid bi-monthly
  • Part time & Hourly
