WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:
Sample Sale Clogs
Sample sale clogs are all ready to ship. We will start shipping the orders chronologically the day after the sale goes live. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to get all the orders out. Please have patience with us as we get your clogs to you.
If you chose pick up option, you will get a notification when the order has been processed and it ready for you to pick them up.
All sample sale orders are final sale, and we cannot accept returns or refunds.
Made-to-order (MTO) clogs
Other than sample sale, our clogs are all made-to-order. Our made-to-order turn around time is 4-5 weeks, but this time can vary during peek moments. You will receive a shipping notice when they leave our studio.
Other items
If you have orders socks, swatches or a tote separately, they will ship out to you within 5 days of the order. However, if you order them with a MTO clog, they will ship out when the clogs are ready.
Exchange process:
If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that the production lead time applies for your second, exchange order. We cannot expedite exchange orders.
If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling") and an additional restocking fee of $30, within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.
Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Damages and defects:
We stand by the craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at hello@bryrstudio.com at any time during the life of your clogs.

Natural wood and leather:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped. To learn more about our clogs and how to care for them, please see our care page.
