The Clog just got a lot more fun!!! The Chonk is built on a sturdy solid-wood base, with a layer of shock-absorbing rubber at the bottom. The Chonk fits medium to wide, and the base height is 2 1/4". They are so fun and comfortable and a firm fave at HQ.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:
When ordering clogs, you will see a drop down letting you know whether your choice is made-to-order (MTO) or Ready to Ship (RTS).
Made-to-order (MTO) clogs
The majority of clogs are made-to-order in our San Francisco Studio. Our made-to-order turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Make times can vary due in our busy season. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery and we recommend purchasing from "Ready-to-Ship' products or gift cards if you are giving BRYR this holiday season. You will receive a shipping notice when they leave our studio.
Ready-to-ship clogs (RTS)
From time to time, we offer ready-to-ship clogs. These clogs will be clearly marked with a "Ready to ship" drop down. These clogs are in house and the shipping time is between 3-10 days, depending on how busy the studio is. You will receive a shipping notice when they leave our studio.
Non-clog items
If you have ordered a non-clog item ala carte (without a clog order) they will go out within 3-10 business days. If you order these items with a clog order, they will go out with the timing of the clogs. You will receive a shipping notice when they leave our studio.

Exchange process:
If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your returns clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that the production lead time applies for your second, exchange order. We cannot expedite exchange orders.
If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling") and an additional restocking fee of $30, within 5 business days of arrival at our studio. There is no need to reach out to us via email.
Returns are accepted at Bryr Studio’s discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Damages and defects:

Natural wood and leather:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped. To learn more about our clogs and how to care for them, please see our care page.
